Refund policy

Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. Email returns@combover.co.uk with your order number.

If something's not right, contact us at returns@combover.co.uk with a photo and your order number — we'll do our best to make it right.

Within 30 days of delivery, unused items in original packaging can be returned for a full refund. Return postage is at your expense.

If your item arrives faulty or is damaged, contact us at returns@combover.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll replace or refund, including return postage.

After 30 days and up to 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. Contact us at returns@combover.co.uk and we'll arrange this.

Contact them directly. If they're unable to help, get in touch and we'll do what we can.

Processed to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few additional days.
