Where we ship

We ship to the UK, to most of the EU and to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Israel, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man go at UK rates.

In the EU we prepay the VAT and the duty, so for most countries there is nothing at all to pay on delivery. Poland, Czechia and Croatia are the exception: the VAT is still paid at checkout, but their postal service charges duty and a handling fee on arrival. The shipping option tells you roughly how much before you pay.

We'll be adding more countries as we go.

We're not currently shipping to Canada or the USA. Sign up to our email list and we'll let you know when that changes.

Import charges on international orders

Some destinations let a normal order through with nothing to pay on delivery. Others charge duty, tax and a handling fee, either on every parcel or once an order goes over a set value. The shipping option at checkout tells you which applies to you, before you pay.

A few charge tax, sometimes duty and a handling fee on delivery, either on every parcel or once an order goes over a set value. If that's you, the shipping option says so and gives you a rough figure.

These charges are set and collected by your own government and postal service, not by us.

Where a country sets an import threshold, we cap what a single order can be worth so that it stays under. If you want more than that, you can place a second order - note that postal services may treat parcels that arrive within a few days of each other as a single consignment.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered items dispatch on the date shown on the product page. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on UK orders of £11 or more. Below £11, standard shipping is a flat £2.

International postage depends on the destination and the size of your order, and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

UK: typically 2-5 working days after dispatch.

International: allow 5-10 working days to Europe and 10-20 elsewhere.

Most orders go untracked, so there's usually no tracking number to follow.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived a few working days after the window above, email info@combover.co.uk with your order number. We'll replace or refund an order that doesn't arrive.

Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.
