Where we ship

We ship to the UK, and to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Israel, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Canada and the European Union. Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man go at UK rates.

Import charges on international orders
Some destinations let a normal order through with nothing to pay on delivery. Others charge duty, tax and a handling fee, either on every parcel or once an order goes over a set value. The shipping option at checkout tells you which applies to you, before you pay.

These charges are set and collected by your own government and postal service, not by us.

If an order would take you over one of those limits, we'll usually split it into two parcels so that it doesn't.

Pre-orders
Pre-ordered items dispatch on the date shown on the product page. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on UK orders of £11 or more. Below £11, standard shipping is a flat £2.
International postage depends on the destination and the size of your order, and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

UK: typically 2-5 working days after dispatch.

International: allow 5-10 working days to Europe and 10-20 elsewhere.

We post untracked, so there's no tracking number to follow.

Delayed or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived a few working days after the window above, email info@combover.co.uk with your order number. We'll replace or refund an order that doesn't arrive.

Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.
