Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases made at combover.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them.

CombOver is a trading name of Adrian Thurrell, sole trader, operating in England and Wales. Contact: info@combover.co.uk

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. Before then we may decline it - for example if an item is mis-priced, out of stock, or cannot be delivered to your address - and we will refund you in full.

Prices shown include any tax we are required to charge. We are not registered for UK VAT, so no UK VAT is added. Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import duty, tax and a handling fee in the destination country: the shipping option you select at checkout tells you which applies to you, before you pay. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days — see our Returns & Refunds Policy

Pre-orders are orders for products not yet available. Your card is charged at the time of ordering. You may cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund — see our Returns & Refunds Policy

Estimated delivery dates are indicative. We will notify you of any significant delay.

We ship to the UK and to a number of international destinations. Which countries we serve, and what you can expect to pay on delivery, are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Once delivered, responsibility for the goods passes to you.

CombOver® and Comb Over® are registered trade marks of Adrian Thurrell (UK00004388118). The logo is covered by the copyright above. You may not reproduce any content without our written consent.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products beyond what is required by law. Our liability is limited to the price you paid.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

If you have a complaint, contact us at info@combover.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may seek redress through an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
