Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Prices are in GBP and inclusive of all taxes. No VAT is charged. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order.

Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days — see our Returns & Refunds Policy

Pre-orders
Pre-orders are orders for products not yet available. Your card is charged at the time of ordering. You may cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund — see our Returns & Refunds Policy

Estimated delivery dates are indicative. We will notify you of any significant delay.

Delivery
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Once delivered, responsibility for the goods passes to you.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products beyond what is required by law. Our liability is limited to the price you paid.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Complaints
